Located at 218 South Robertson Street, the former site of the historic Jackson’s Inn, a notorious neighborhood nightclub and brothel first opened in 1939, Handsome Willy’s brings the funk to the people. A favorite for those in the medical district, Handsome Willy’s close proximity to the Superdome and New Orleans Arena makes it a hot spot for Saint’s and Hornets fans.
Featuring the freshest courtyard in the CBD, Handsome Willy’s is the place to unwind, in paradise, from another workday. Lean back and enjoy the vibe at the brand-new patio bar while sipping our famed Handsome Juice or a delicious margarita.
Handsome Willy’s happy hours are an all-day affair. From 2-6 p.m. every weekday, we offer discounted domestic and import beers, $2.50 well drinks, and $1.00 off all of our specialty menu drinks. Start the weekend off on your goodfoot with Funk&Crunk Fridays, the funkiest, grooviest, most singular soul party in the Crescent City.
If you’re looking for something happening a little later, Handsome Willy’s goes off after the sun goes down. With DJs spinning everything from hip-hop to house, soul to rocksteady, you’ll find something here to help you get your shine on. And keep your eye out for live music acts playing in our famous courtyard.
