Crawfish
When crawfish season rolls around, we are happy to provide this Louisiana delicacy. Prices vary depending on seasonal norms, but you can figure the cost to range from $12.00 to $20.00 per person, assuming two to five pounds per person. Exact pricing can be calculated about two weeks before the event.
If you purchase a beverage package of “Call” or higher, we can boil at cost ($1.25/lb. to $4.00/lb.) plus $150.00 for on-site expert boiler.
